Supported the NF3 plant start-up, optimization, and continuous improvement in South Korea.Led an R&D electrochemical technology team to develop and patent a novel electrochemical process for the manufacture of germane, GeH4, which is used in the electronics industry, providing Air Products with a unique manufacturing option.Provided technical leadership, consulting to our engineering teams in the scale-up and pilot testing of state-of-the-art batch and continuous hydrogenation and crystallization processes for the manufacture of specialty amines used the polyurethane and epoxy industry. The reactor technology is being commercialized with the construction of a new chemical plant in Pasadena Texas. Mentoring junior engineers and teaching advanced technology courses in areas of applied process development, hydrogenation, electrochemical engineering and industrial mixing; Europe, North America, China and South Korea.
