I have come to know Reidar very well throughout the years and have been around him in many social and athletic endeavors. Reidar has an outgoing and gregarious personality that others are naturally drawn to. I have been particularly impressed with his determination and positive outlook in some pretty adverse situations and I have watched him grow as result. Those situations, coupled with his confidence in who he is, make him a natural leader.
