Tina Lee, MBA

Reid provided executive leadership over the Facilities/Engineering group at Texas Medical Center. Reid's group provided internal services to the Business Enterprises group in which I had executive oversight. Reid is a proactive, focused and strategic leader who was effective in ensuring that the services provided from his team met the goals of the customers and were delivered efficiently. Reid leads by his own example, of commitment to solving problems and collaboration with other leaders. He successfully coached and mentored his leaders and staff to emulate these same leadership principles. His team spoke highly of him and his operational group were some of the most motivated, technically skilled and accomplished members of the TMC staff.
