  Managed and supported design teams while handling over 20 transportation projects annually. Responsible for the development of design engineering contract agreements, plans, specifications, cost estimates, local agency construction agreements for each project which involved. Tasks included defining the project scope, gathering the project requirements, identifying resources needed for the project, creating the budget, identifying deliverables and milestones, coordinating resources, team members, and subconsultants.
