  In this position, my duties revolve around providing support to the company techs administratively. I bill out repairs for customers, schools, and stock. Make sure our customers are satisfied with the work done on their instruments. I also purchase repair parts for all of the techs in the company, helping oversee parts inventory and expenses. Occasionally, I will make trips to schools for instrument evaluations/pick up and rental displays.
