  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for training programs and Coordinate with the program manager and develop comprehensive training programs. • Ensure the activities of training programs are carried as planned and the logistics required are available• Design and deliver trainings, workshops and seminars, update/enrich curriculum, prepare lesson plan and teaching aids, for trainings • Liaison with key stakeholders particularly the local community for a greater achievement of organizational goals and objectives and coordinate with local institutions through proper communication.• Conduct meetings with head teachers, teachers, School Management Committees (SMCs), Students and School Safety Committees in target schools.• Develop training follow up reports• Assist Regional Program Officer in arranging meetings with community and other project related activities at regional level.• Coordinate with other implementing partners particularly government line departments and sharing reflections regarding project activities in the region.• Collect various data from the field and share with systems concerned• Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.• Write periodical reports document and disseminate to line supervisors.• Seek learning channels for own professional development.• Assist the RPM in any other task including accounting, planning and documentation • Assist the RPM in inducing the community concern programs about the disaster education and management. • Pay monitoring visits to stock piles • Ensure that the trainees are well managed and kept motivated• Any other task/assignment given by the RPO/RPM time by time
