Offered consultancy to support and run Rosa's Woman to Woman grants programme (supported using funds from the Tampon Tax). I recruited and managed a team of freelance grants assessors and oversaw the smooth and effective operation of this programme to ensure funds reached grassroots women's organisations throughout the UK. I also led on running Rosa's visionary Voices from the Frontline grants programme during whilst the organisation undertook recruitment.I have worked with Rosa in a more general advisory capacity to support the broader development of the organisation, most recently consulting on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I developed a privacy policy for the organisation and made a series recommendations.

I developed grant programmes (including a women's fund) and programme strategies inaccordance with donor wishes, community needs and LCF’s own strategies. I managed a portfolio of grant programmes including government programmes to ensure the distribution of funds in an intelligent, fair and transparent way. Grants were both London based and national. I monitored programme outcomes and developed monitoring frameworks to provide comprehensive reporting to donors and maximise LCF’s impact. I represented LCF at community meetings, events and donor meetings.Key achievements:• I assessed applications for capital and revenue; short term and multi-year grants.Applicants were mainly grassroots organisations with incomes of under £500K. I alsoworked well in a team to oversee the assessment of all applications within my programmesand prepared detailed panel reports.• I assessed both basic and complex monitoring reports ensuring funds were spentappropriately and outcomes were being met.• I built strong personal networks, knowledge of localities, organisations, community and thirdsector issues such as those particular to Women e.g. FGM, pensioner poverty, migrantissues, child poverty and unemployment.• I managed donor and community panels, including recruiting and training panel members.• I helped to capacity build organisations through the effective design/delivery of training.• I managed complex budgets for multiple programmes, keeping accurate financial records.
