Client: Saudi Aramco Project: Drilling and Workover Activities ≡ Collect STOP cards, and STOP tours and discuss the highlighted during pre-tour meetings ≡ Discuss existing HSE-related issues within the pre-tour meeting ≡ Check and inspect the gas detection system daily. ≡ Conduct a morning STOP tour of the rig for any unsafe observations and rectify any highlighted concerns. ≡ Discuss and post the HSE alerts when received and maintain the record. ≡ Conduct safety induction for all new personnel coming to the rig. ≡ Conduct daily pre-tour meetings at the time of crew change as per the rig's scheduled time. ≡ To review JSA (After prepared by Job Supervisor) to ensure all safety aspects are covered. ≡ Ensure valid well control and HSE training certificate are kept on rig and record maintained. ≡ Enforce compliance with client requirements including Daqing policies and procedures. ≡ Perform HSE inspection with participation from different dept. and follow up on items identified requiring corrective action to ensure the timely completion of action items. ≡ Update Daqing HSE reporting PMC System. ≡ Promote HSE on site, motivate personnel to safe behavior, and organize information campaigns. ≡ Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to Rig Management. ≡ Walk around regularly to establish an HSE presence and provide support. Participate in Hazard Hunt. ≡ Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly HSE reports. ≡ Ensure 100% compliance with the PTW system and PTW register is updated by the PTW receiver. ≡ Advise Rig Management to conduct drill as per Client’s requirement. Prepare Drill reports and maintain records. ≡ Report all the near misses, incidents, and accidents to management as per reporting protocol. And discuss the same with the crew during Pre-Tourmeeting. ≡ Update the Lifting Gear register. ≡ Identify the rescue and search team and train them. ≡ Assist crew in identifying risks around the workplace and ensure control measures are in place.
