In this position, I focused on the development of programming activities. Identifying potential grantees, analyzing and evaluating proposals and grant applications, as well as developing and monitoring budgets. I successfully guided Grant Managers through the implementation of activities. Collaborated with representatives from local governments, ministries, international NGOs, and community-based organizations to design grants, short-term assistance projects, and direct procurements. In this position, I focused on the development of programming activities. After three months I was promoted to lead all programs in a new offices as the Senior Program Development Officer. Along with increasing citizen participation, I managed community stabilization and support to the government of Haiti projects that were high visibility, and set the tone for future development of the region.
