I joined the UK Technical Support team during a time of transition, the work was challenging, and the people I worked alongside made going to work a pleasure. As a key member of the UK support team, my efforts helped contribute to turning around the perception of the ability of the team. I was also able to experience engaging with customers and experiencing supporting the software and the company in ways which were outside of my comfort zone, for that I'm truly grateful.
