  As an assistant marketing manager of Pension Business Department, I support and engage in all stages of implementing and administrating retirement pension plan of multinational companies based in Korea. Details of my responsiblities for the position are as following; - assist sales/client management team and bank branch to win a retirement pension plan contract from competitive bidding. - making a proposal and presentation materials in a fast paced environment - making a presentation to senior levels of the client organizations in Korean and English - communicate with Korean, Asia-region and Global Treasury and HR team of the multinational companies to support their launch of retirement pension plan in Korea. - manage customer acquisition and engagement events - make a meeting regularly with clients to meet their informational needs and to discuss investment strategy, account performance, new solutions and to update regulatory and tax issues related to retirement pension - promptly respond to general inquiries from clients, branch sales representatives via telephone, e-mail and fax. - provide one-to-one consultation with individual client to explain about account status and suggest other investment portfolio options. - coordinate and develop marketing and promotion materials using graphic design software(e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). - work closely with IT teams to smoothly transact the account in the system - support a desk officer of bank branches to execute all activities according to action plan for successful management of the retirement pension plan - prepare various types of reports regularly to clients in English and Korean Show less
