HR department startup for the University by creating and defining Job descriptions, duties, skills required, hierarchy and Standard Operating Procedures. Ensuring the Recruitment and Selection steps are conducted in a framework of strong compliance and well documented. Posting job vacancy advertisements in the local newspaper and organization website. Conducting the initial interview process of shortlisting candidates. Coordinating the technical interview process with the department heads. Onboarding process of documents verification, PF forms, Bank account details for salary, ID card for New Staff and Faculty. Ensuring the statutory compliance are followed according to the University Grants Commission of India and legal accreditations. Developing and Implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensuring a positive working environment and Grievance redressal. Monitoring Children’s Health Education and Relief International Canada for sponsorship for poor students. Develop, implement and manage a variety of job placement and work-based learning activities for students, including assessment for job readiness, career exploration, navigation, coaching and counseling, and skills training. Serve as a liaison between the college, employers, and community regarding administrative and operating requirements for the work-based learning and job placement program. Initiate and maintain regular contact with various educational institutions and programs. Establish collaborative working relationships with other campus program areas in developing and delivering innovative and comprehensive programs and services.
