Assists with budget preparation and maintenance by proposing budget needs and monitoring and approving expenditures such as travel, equipment purchases and maintenance on agency vehicles and Mobile Workforce Centers. Makes presentations and speeches before civic clubs and organizations to inform the general public of Rapid Response services, other programs and ADWS responsibilities. Provides technical assistance to immediate subordinates and program personnel by providing information, answering technical questions, and resolving complaints. Liaison for business and dislocated worker inquiries referencing the Dislocated Worker Program. Represents the Governor’s Dislocated Worker Task Force on committees, conferences, meetings, career and business expos, throughout the state.
