  Regina Migliori is dedicated to developing the level of excellence of people, organizations and communities. She is creator of the ethical intelligence concept, a methodology applied by schools, universities and companies. She is an entrepreneur, founder of Migliori Group in 1992, an organization focused on innovative models, working in both academic research and business projects for companies, governments, educational institutions and international organizations as UNESCO, World Bank. She has a multidisciplinary background, which allows her to work in different contexts, advise clients to anticipate global trends, by sectors, and maximize opportunities. She is the creator of the MindEduca Program, a virtual learning community focused on the ethical intelligence development, with more than 50.000 members in different countries. Idealizer of the financial education programs "How to Invest" and "Plan Your Freedom", in partnership with ANBIMA-Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities. She is partner in the creation of educational programs and certifications for financial professionals as the CFP-Certified Financial Planner at Associação Planejar; the Independent Investment Broker Educational Program at ANCORD; and CEA-Investment Specialists’ ANBIMA Certification. She is a visiting professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, UNIFESP-Federal University of São Paulo, Lusófona University in Portugal, and a guest partner for MediaX at Stanford University. She was Director of Sustainability of CIESP-Federation of Industries of São Paulo. Her work was recognized as a successful international case by the Department of Global Education at The University of Toronto.
