  Responsable for teaching and caring 2 to 4 year old children• Main Responsibilities: Introduction to reading and writing skills. Guide through tolerance for frustration. Guide through the learning process to follow simple instructions. Guide through the process of detachment from parents before the start of school.• Key Achievements: Children were able to start drawing basic shapes and color inside of the line. They also were able to follow simple instructions, and prepare their own material and places, as well as packing away when finished. They stopped crying within the first 5 days when saying goodbye to their parents. They started to learn the colors, months of the year, seasons, fruits and vegetable names, numbers and a few letters in English. Transfered by the owner from the previous Center. • Main Responsibilities:  Guide children through the Montessori process with the help of Montessori material to achieve different skills, to grow in important areas of their life such as language, practical life, sensorial and Math.  Help children with the process of detaching from their parents in a smooth and loving way.  Help the assistant to use correctly the Montessori material, also teach her lesson planning.  Report to the principal the individual and group results of the children with my way of teaching.  Weekly and monthly lesson planning.  Group as well as individual Montessori follow up.  Communicate with parents about their needs, worries as well as their children’s development, achievements and opportunity areas.  Help prepare the new Centre before it opened. • Key Achievements: ✔ Children had excellent results at the end of the year, they ended up writing small sentences, and dictations, also they started reading basic books with short sentences, as well as all their number and basic Maths. ✔ They learned about different continents, countries, and cultures. ✔ Children were able to start being independent, pack away what they used, take care of their surroundings . ✔ They also learned how important is to have empathy with one another and respect for our different cultures. ✔ The Assistant learned how to use the Montessori material, and was able to present it to the children by herself. ✔ Parents told me they were very thankful and happy with my work, some of them are still in touch with me. ✔ Children learned how to meditate and started controlling their emotions.
