  Customer Service – Coordinating with existing and incoming clients to facilitate expedient and accurate production and maintenance of all projects from start to completion. Account Generation – Gathered information on incoming service inquiries. Subsequently generating quotes to interested parties and targeting cost-effective vendors if projects must be outsourced. Database Manipulation & Management – Review of client provided data to confirm uniformity of layout. Also responsible for tracking and maintaining Move Update compliance in order to meet USPS mandatory requirements for Address Accuracy and deliverability. General Management – Provide assistance to front office personnel to insure accurate collection of information for tracking invoices, purchase orders, postage and other items as needed.
