  Oversee all clinical faculty and interns providing Complementary and Alternative medical services to diverse socioeconomic demographic in college's non-profit outpatient clinic. Educate interns; design, implement and evaluate clinical research. Design quality control and outcomes metrics for the clinical curriculum. Evaluate clinical supervisors; create professional development opportunities and provide continuing education for clinical and didactic faculty. Participate in Grand Rounds with the Oregon Collaborative for Integrative Medicine. Presenter at SPARC (Symposium for Portland Area Research in Complementary and Alternative Medicine).

  Design and implement curriculum for Masters' level students in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program studying Anatomy, Physiology, Clinical Pathology and Pharmacology. Incorporated Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) into clinical curriculum. Participated in and designed clinical research, grant writer in support of curriculum development including EBM.

Natural Childbirth and Family Clinic

  Practiced naturopathic family medicine including prenatal, perinatal and postnatal care for women and their families in a natural childbirth-focused birthing center. Performed home births for low-risk mothers, including complete follow up care. Delivered over 100 healthy newborns to their expectant families. Provided broad variety of medical services to low-income and socioeconomically disadvantaged families.
