Regina is one of those once-in-a-lifetime co-workers. She has an incredible knowledge of everything that an agency needs to do well for clients as well as an incredible sense of detail. She understands human nature, client strategy, and production management in a way that drives real results - better than expected and on-time. I was able to have deep and meaningful conversations about process, utilization, and other key agency concerns, but the best thing about Regina is that she was also considering everything that was affected by all of our decisions. People, profit, and results matter to Regina. She is thorough, responsible, and graceful in all she does. I was lucky to work with her. She made me better as a leader and a person.
