Commercial lending from initial contact, client tracking, loan underwriting due diligence and client maintenance at loan closing and future needs. Marketing tasks are promotion of MACED programs, regional transition and community support throughout the area including 5 area development districts, representing MACED at numerous events and speaking engagements. Supporting client technical assistance are on-site or class room style training of management, financial management and systems, marketing and direct program services to businesses.
