At Siendo Naturaleza we've been working with Kate to develop our regenerative business and project plan. Since the first meeting I've been impressed by Kate and her colleague's professionalism as well as their openness. They always show up prepared and at the same time ready to listen. Kate recently spent 2 weeks onsite with us to run workshops as part of the process and it was sincerely delightful. She facilitated the specific sessions with lightness and a clear idea of where we were going, and she has been facilitating the overall process with thoroughness and care. Her creativity and highly skilled use of language have been crucial in the synthesis of how to convey who we are as an organization. This last point has been something we struggle with as an organization that is operating in a paradigm of regeneration and interdependence, and Kate has found ways to help us showcase our work in more clear ways to a broader audience. I feel lucky to have met Kate and I'm excited to continue this process of developing our business plan, which I know will enable us to move on to the next phase of our project. Thank you Kate!

Kate took me through a series of workshops to develop business models for both my yoga and chocolate businesses. Her guidance and ability to break the process down and teach me how to develop all of the different parts of the model was amazing: she helped me to clearly identify my market segments, understand their underlying needs and to really hone my value propositions before we fleshed out the rest of the model. I went from feeling overwhelmed at what looked like an impossible task, to feeling empowered and inspired. I am so happy with the business models we created and feel confident using them to guide and implement my marketing and growth strategies going forward.
