An amazing school with cutting edge educational philosophies and procedures. I have enjoyed being a part of the Curriculum Support Team, in charge of developing and implementing practices to increase skills within the workforce. I have been a strong part of the community from organising Art Shows, painting backdrops in school performances, organising charity events for the Australia Zoo conservation to running extra curricular groups such as; IT, Project 600, and writing competitions.I enjoy PD and sharing my learning in staff meetings and with colleagues one on one. An amazing psychological based training program put together by Andrew Van Der Reest (founder and creator of Discoveries) that explores Jung personality typing in order to set goals and work better with others in a work environment. It also has the positive byproduct of creating more positive relationships with friends, family and partner/s. The value of this training is deeply rooted in all of areas of my life since I conducted training in 2011. I entered into an agreement with TIME, an educational recruitment company, to work in England for a year. In that time, I was given paid responsibilities, above and beyond my job description, in the areas of Design Technology (Gifted and Talented), Religion and Behaviour Management (based on Rogers philosophy). I also in-serviced staff on First Steps (a WA program). I entered into an agreement with TIME, an educational recruitment company, to work in England for a year.
