As a Consultant, Regan successfully amassed over $120,000 in grant funding over the span of six months used towards major projects promoting Norwich’s history including the restoration of the 18th Century Daniel Lathrop Schoolhouse, now home to the Norwich Heritage and Regional Visitors’ Center, the “Discover Norwich” exhibit and the Walk Norwich Self guided trails. Additionally, Regan is a Board Member of the Society of the Founders of Norwich and the Facilitator of the Norwich Heritage Groups. Regan hopes to continue advocating for heritage development and being a dedicated steward to her community and it’s rich history.

Leffingwell House Museum

Built in 1675 by Stephen Backus, the Leffingwell House was acquired by Thomas Leffingwell and transformed into an inn and 'public house' in 1701.
