Since 2008 I have spend most of my free time dancing! I have competed successfully with my partner end up being one of the best in the World (6th place in 2014). Most importantly I have got the chance to spread the joy of dancing. Over the last ten years, I have taught many groups, coached several competitive couples and also trained other dance teachers and instructors. In 2019 I got a great opportunity to be part of a dance teacher dream team and we found a unique partner dance school Avec Dance Club in Helsinki. I am proud to say that Avec has quickly redeemed its place as one of the best in Finland. Top-of-the-line teachers as well as a friendly and supportive atmosphere are the trademarks of Avec. Working as a coach teaches me a lot about storytelling, courage, a positive attitude, and overall well-being. How to motivate people from very different backgrounds, and make sure everyone has a safe and properly scaled exercise, are things I work on every session. Part-time freelancer. Excited to jump into a new industry, I got a place at UPM’s global R&D department. There I work on versatile tasks in the fields of circular economy, chemistry, and technology. Proven to be a fast learner, I have collected and processed data into an easily understandable and reportable format. Fixed-term. As a project manager, my responsibility was to manage the EEX Program in Finland. I made sure it was valuable for ambitious startup entrepreneurs, talented corporate leaders, and skillful public officers to work together and learn from one another. In our small team, I also contributed to the development of business, strategy, and helped our team to find ways to work more efficiently. In this project, I created a Peer to Peer online survey, where I was responsible for addressing the questions, creating the survey itself, analyzing the data, and reporting the results. As a result, every participant received a personal feedback and a summary report. The evaluation was done twice during the EEX-program.

At Onsight my responsibilities were versatile including e.g. resource and training process development and management, invoicing, website update, marketing, and administration of Pearson VUE test center as well as customer service. I worked closely with the CEO and the COO and assisted their work. In this position especially good organizing and communication skills were necessary. Full time. As a result of four years of employment in Alko, I improved the practical working processes for example by reorganizing the positioning of the products. My tasks included customer service, payment handling, storage handling, cleaning, and shelving. I was also responsible for the orientation of new employees. In addition, I deputized for a shop manager in summer 2012. I had diverse tasks as a cashier, including lottery selling and travel card loading. I also changed campaigns and cleaned.
