      I worked on several projects with a team of interdisciplinary students under the Mining Industry Human Resources Council's Gearing Up program supervised by Dr. Neil Banerjee. The projects included analyzing metal concentrations in seaweed, identifying metal species in ancient Lydian coins, develop and test experiments of growing plants in metal concentrations in the Western greenhouse for a educational program at the Britannia Mine Museum in British Columbia. I led the greenhouse experiment team used Scrum principles for team and project management to create deliverables for the stakeholders. A video we created about our experience is linked below.
