I was recently approached by Rees @ Astrum for an exciting new job opportunity. It was for a job opening in an industry that I had recently left, to try my hand in another. When I had got his call, I had already been contemplating a return to this particular industry. From the minute I'd agreed to go on the journey with Rees at Astrum and apply for the opening he had with one of his large clients, I never once had any doubts. The communication was outstanding. It can often be a daunting process when applying for a new job and the 'waiting to hear' can be quite stressful. I can honestly say, I for once did not have to endure any of that stress. The process was very streamline from a candidates point of view. Rees provided me a 1 hour over the phone session, to discuss the ins and out of the role/company and to discuss any pre interview questions or concerns that I may have had beforehand. I even got a call from Rees the day of my interview, to wish me luck. Following the interview he kept me in the loop during his clients decision making process and I can honestly say, things went very quickly from there. In the end, I GOT THE JOB and I am very thankful to Rees for this wonderful opportunity, to be back in the industry I wish I had never left. Thanks Rees.
