Reed is one of the most professional software developers and IT managers I have ever worked with. Working with Reed on several loan application projects at Nelnet, I have witnessed firsthand his attention to quality and his ability to meet strict deadlines in a high pressure environment. Having worked with Reed as both a management peer as well as in a development roll, I have been able to witness his highly influential management and communication skills in action. On many occasions these skills have been key to the success of critical projects. His customer service skills are fantastic in that he always looks at the big picture and makes sure what his team implements is in alignment with the expectations of his business partners. I highly recommend Reed as both an IT professional as well as an IT Leader.

I have known Reed professionally for over 10 years and during that time I have also met and worked with associates who know and have worked with Reed as well. Because of who he is as a person, I would consider him as a friend as well. What stands out for me is Reed's character, integrity, and regard for others. He is also witty, a great listener, and a NATURAL LEADER. If you are looking for someone to either manage or contribute to a technical project, be assured that if Reed is on the team, the outcome will be a quality product. By the way, if your reading this and he is available, please let me know!
