Throughout my work experience, I have never come across a fellow employee who had a personal, yet professional, work demeanor that Reed has. He began working at Forma about 6 months after I began. Within one year he worked his way up the ladder and never lost sight of where he began. One of my favorite characteristics about Reed is how he cared so much about the well being of the members and would constantly find ways to incorporate random acts of kindness toward everyone in the building. This includes members, co-workers, and even people stopping by to make deliveries. He is genuinely a joy to work with being that his positivity and enthusiasm brightens anyone's day. With all of that, he has strong goals and has made many successful achievements within the company. Seeing that he has worked several positions within a short amount of time with Forma, he adapts very well to change and has gained so much experience in shaping his work environment to the best place for anyone to be.
