      As an apprentice, I primarily focus on the support of existing clients and the deployment/migration of new ones. Starting originally as an apprentice studying to gain an additional qualification in the sector, I later graduated and continued to work with the company.I manage the entire roster of Horizon VoIP clients which includes deployment, configuration, and support of each client. In addition to VoIP, I have deployed, managed, and supported a wide array of broadband services and business network environments, in many small and large companies. This includes on and off-site deployments. I’m accustomed to DrayTek hardware and its functional capabilities, along with how to deploy similar functionality using other vendor hardware. From an IT standpoint, I also solely manage our RMM solution which takes care of hundreds of our customer's endpoints. I am responsible for ensuring the platform automatically rectifies common issues and applies updates using custom policies and scripts I have implemented. With an expanded skillset on computer hardware, I have also promptly diagnosed and resolved countless errors for customer systems.Finally, in the background of all this, I have taken on regular sales for the company on the fly as well as brought in new business. With new business to the company, I have also project managed many onboarding and deployment jobs, delegating work to colleagues as well as managing timeframes for required work. In addition to this, I have represented the company by attending many MSP events so I can firmly grasp and manage the services Hive provides, this massively broadens my knowledge of the core products on the market and makes me a valuable asset to MSP's.
