Working within the Mercedes benz apprenticeship academy I was in charge of recruiting for our apprenticeship academy across 222 dealerships within the UK. I would post job vacancies online and sift, pre screen and telephone interview candidates to determine if they had the relevant skills and attitude we was looking for to become a part of our team and have a career in their chosen field. This was a temporary assignment helping them with their recruitment drive which fell short unfortunately due to covid making it increasingly difficult to arrange face to face interviews etc. Show less
