Redate joined my team right when the contract I was managing doubled and we needed additional project management support urgently. She did an amazing job of coming in with energy, experience, and a keen project management instinct to start taking things off my plate right away. As she got to know the very complex contract better, she took on a leadership role, overseeing many projects, updating the project tracking system to respond to client feedback, and keeping things moving.
