Sun Tekstil /Process Improvement and Lean Prodcution Project Intern at GelecekSun I completed my second compulsory summer internship at Sun Tekstil as a project internship. During this internship period, I learned how to run a factory and a company. My internship project was on the improvement of cutting room processes in textile. We made the losses in the cutting room in project management and kobetsu kaizen project format. Using the principles of process improvement and lean production, we identified errors, waste and time-labor losses by asking the right questions.
