During the two years I worked with Rebecca, I had the privilege of both managing and working alongside her as peers. Whilst fulfilling her role as a Senior project manager, Rebecca was passionate about the people within her team and the quality of the product delivered and (very importantly to her) building incredibly successful and respectful relationships with her clients. She is a naturally organised and diligent individual who invests in making sure that processes are not just followed, but they are the right processes for the project and the whole team involved. These attributes lead her to being (justly) promoted to Head of Operations and since then she has thrived, making the role her own, and the expected pivotal position within the organisation. Using her characteristic enthusiasm and huge capacity to produce actual outputs(!); she has improved performance of the teams, the optimisation of budgets and efficiency of projects at CAF. Rebecca is a highly regarded and well respected member of the leadership team at CAF, from the people she mentors and supports to her peers. She has a huge talent in understanding the problems of an organisation or a project/ product; and leading solutions and teams to remediation. I can not recommend Rebecca enough and would work with/ hire Rebecca in a flash.

Rebecca is the linchpin of any organisation. She strives to make sure her workforce is motivated, engaged and happy. She cares about everything she does, and about the people around her. She is also very technically capable when it comes to understanding what is needed from a PMO function and ensuring financial targets are met.
