I've been quite fortunate to work with Rebekka since I started at OneGoal in December of 2018. She's been an outstanding partner to me and my team both in an HR operations capacity and in the capacity of a business partner over the past year. I very much have appreciated Rebekka's interest in understanding my team members' strengths, growth areas, and career goals. She has coached me as a manager and provided valuable partnership during moments of situational challenge. Rebekka is someone who can help teams and organizations learn and grow in order to achieve their goals. If you have a chance to work with her, I think you should!

I had the pleasure of working with Rebekka Sullender in her role as a People Team Generalist at Galvanize from 2016 through 2017. Rebekka is a subject matter expert and an exceptional team member. She has an enviably thorough understanding of employees as people, of learning and growth, and of organized and strategic programming to drive culture and engagement. Moreover, she has hard-won experience working with executive leadership to demonstrate performance and execute initiatives. She served as an indispensable resource to myself and my San Francisco leadership team on multiple hiring and talent development initiatives, on employment policy, and on management coaching. Rebekka is prodigiously intelligent and a well-rounded individual. She quickly grasps complicated objectives and expectations, and integrates and translates them into language and approach that is educational, digestible, and actionable. On top of that, she applies her wicked smarts, wit, and experience into building strong relationships and boosting morale. She meets her deadlines, even when they are unreasonable, when the deliverables are unclear, and when the outcomes require the input of various stakeholders. Under her deft leadership, we overhauled and restructured one of the campus' business units with integrity, empathy, and skill. She was an invaluable partner during a separate organizational pivot impacting all levels of the organization. Her experience informs strategy and positioning, and she ensures all involved parties are rowing in the same direction -- no easy feat in a highly distributed organization. Rebekka is a straight-shooter and delightfully easy to talk to. She was a sought-after resource on my campus for her perspective and thoughtful approach to employee relations and talent building. She is a master of her craft, has a passion for people and learning and development, possesses world class emotional intelligence, and is beloved by all who interact with her. I recommend her without reservation and look forward to working with her again someday.
