I was the Recruitment Specialist for all New Business and Reopening’s. I worked directly for the Regional Director, prioritizing my own workload and working on my own initiative.I have recruited the entire teams including chefs and management for two nurseries that we successfully reopened, and I also recruited for further two including Asquith’s first Montessori nursery. I also work with 14 nurseries that Asquith Nurseries have acquired within the past year. I have built strong relationships and am in regular contact with various departments including compliance, field marketing, training and development and sales. As below with additional responsibilities• Site visits across the UK to build relationships with the staff, see the nursery prior to Asquith refit and visit the local area• Identify and implement marketing opportunities • Oversee the Acquisitions Recruitment process and procedures to ensure that they are being completed effectively • Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports relating to Acquisitions Recruitment activity. Also produce reports as and when required by relevant support departments and Regional Directors • Attend integration meetings both on and offsite • Continuously finding new ways to attract qualified candidates • Shortlist, screen and interview candidates for nursery reopening’s prior to opening date• Organise and coordinate team building days and events• Working towards strict deadlines to ensure nursery is able to open on due date• On boarding of new managers • Ensure efficient communication to all stakeholders and support teams, including Payroll • Coordinating new employees training programs and mentor days, ordering of new uniforms, coordinating holidays schedule
