My position required the reengineering of physician alignment strategies; I initiated, implemented and evaluated all educational and communication strategies and programs for three clinical specialties. I educated referring specialists as to updates on transplant therapies and alternatives and created materials for distribution to patients, including solid organ and tissue recipients.
