Rebekah and I worked together on countless community outreach and education events during our shared time at Florida Grand Opera. She started about a year or two into my time there, and she JUMPED into our season with enthusiasm and zeal. Not only did she manage to plan an entire season's worth of community engagement events in record time, but she created completely new programs that brought both revenue and press for the organization. All the while, she managed to nurture and mentor young musicians and junior coworkers. Rebekah was able to handle a position (that truthfully should have been two separate departments) with aplomb and grace. She embraces "all other duties as assigned," was an invaluable asset to FGO, and I was lucky to have worked with her.
