During my time at Mencap, I interviewed and placed Rebekah in the role of Digital Engagement Officer in charge of our e-mail marketing. Taking control of all of Mencap's outgoing public facing e-mails as well as making a decision between two e-mail providers was a lot for Rebekah to take on in just beginning the role, but she rose to the challenge excellently. In addition to training staff on the new platform, Rebekah also worked with the teams to bring many of the e-mail journeys into automation to save teams time and fuss.
