As the organization shifted direction and launched a new brand, Rebecca was instrumental in reshaping the language used, and communicating the change both internally and externally. Both the 2013 and 2014 Annual Reports were exceptional, accurately reflecting the history and current state while projecting toward the future. -Coordinated and organized receptions for 300-400 of Toronto's arts patrons and supporters-Recruited,trained and managed a team of 12 volunteers to serve guests-Liaised with facility staff, the artistic team, box office, and stage management to ensure patron satisfaction-Acted as the public face of the Aldeburgh Connection at reception; addressed patron complaints and queries-Identified and maintained positive relationships with key patrons and donors of the Aldeburgh Connection For over 25 years the Aldeburgh Connection presented many of Canada's leading singers in uniquely formatted concerts featuring art-song repertoire interspersed with narrative, based on or built around musical, historical, or literary themes. Performances were frequently broadcast nationally on the CBC. In 2002, The Aldeburgh Connection was the recipient of a Lieutenant Governor's Award for the Arts.
