I was managed by Rebecca at a time in my career where I wanted to progress and develop within Client Success. Along with outstanding day to day support from her, Rebecca carefully listened to my ambitions and went above and beyond in helping me to achieve my goals. The management I received throughout our time in Reward Gateway was the best I have ever received, and the professionalism and drive to always be learning how to provide the best support to her team whilst directly contributing toward exceeding targets is something that really allowed me (and many others) to have a true role model in the workplace. I would absolutely recommend Rebecca to lead any team toward success at any business, and I hope to have the opportunity to work in the same organisation as her in the future, as her positive attitude and ability to build morale within a department is incredible.
