      Under the supervision of ARC DECRA awardee Dr Lee-Ann Rollins, I was responsible for running and reading electrophoresis gels to determine the sexing protocols for several species, analysed micro-satellite markers and mitochondrial control regions across several species, practised sequencing, analysed historical deer distributions to determine the origin of 'new' deer populations in Victoria, and assisted PhD candidate Andrea West examining gene expression in the brain of Cane Toads (Rhinella marina) and identifying genetic and epigenetic variation between the seperate populations.
