I focus on self-discovery and stress reduction through life balance, creating healthy communication in relationships and managing substance abuse, ADD, anxiety, and depression. I am a Certified Hatha Yoga instructor and a meditation teacher. I also offer DOT Qualified SAP evaluations as a Substance Abuse Provider. I guide clients to develop personal or professional goals and then help them stay on task as they move to bring those goals into fruition. I encourage clients through 'coaching tools' and coaching techniques. I work holistically - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. I have also been an addiction interventionist since 1993. I help clients find recovery through bringing together family, friends, and colleagues to support the substance abuser into treatment with intervention coaching. I also support the client as a Recovery Life Coach through the first year of recovery!
