As the Design Manager, I am responsible for the daily intake and distribution of requests from clients. As projects are received, commitments are made and internal resources applied to ensure that deadlines are met. Customer satisfaction and maintenance of design standards are ultimately my responsibility. Regular communication with clients and staff ensures success, growth, and innovation. Additional management responsibilities include office and technology administration, training, invoicing, website development/management, and customer service. New design staff, both internal and external, spend multiple days in training with me to develop their product specification knowledge.
