When passion and work collide, unbounded creativity and inspiration are unleashed. Health, fitness and wellness are my life and work, allowing me to have an unmatched understanding and dedication to this space. My personal love and knowledge has carried over into my work and it has allowed me to do what I love every day!With a degree in business administration and marketing from American University, a minor in graphics design and a certification in holistic nutrition from Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I have built a foundation for doing what I love. For 7 years, I co-owned Dell et Ruhs Public Relations, a boutique PR firm in West Hollywood. I helped build and grow a stellar business, working with brands like Lorna Jane, Carbon38, Chaser, NUX, Nesh, SOLOW, TART Collections, Kenny, Philosophie, alternaVites and more. I've created events, features and campaigns with partners including YogaWorks, Equinox, Crunch, PALETA, Hot 8 Yoga, Exhale Spa, FitFluential, Pure Bar, Viceroy, Kimpton Hotels and more. I created a name for myself in the industry, but more importantly, created personal relationships that will lead to other great things.
