Dispatch flights according to a planned schedule while addressing issues arising from maintenance, schedule conflicts, weather and other related items. Maintain communication with flight crews. Additional projects were worked on throughout the duration of employment. One of these projects included a Pareto Analysis of all weather cancellations. This was done in an effort to eliminate unnecessary cancellations that caused a delay in the pilots' training.
