Becky worked tirelessly to implement streamlined processes and procedures for claims processing, authorization processing, and managed a host of roles at PPi to make our teams successful. Introducing new communication tools and root cause problem solving, Becky ensured that each member of our team felt empowered to take the next step and own the issue. She was instrumental in setting up Confluence tools like JIRA and Confluence to improve communication in the development and implementation divisions. Specifically within the implementation team, she worked to create toolkits to better communicate and engage with our clients, making processes and procedures standardized and easy to understand. She begins by brainstorming at the highest level, but engages with team members on the ground to create actionable next steps to improve processes. Though I no longer report directly to Becky, I still consider her a life long mentor. She continues to be engaged with my career and education, even after my time at PPi. I would work for and with Becky again in a heart beat. She is an honest and open communicator who has a knack for finding niche positions for her staff to thrive.
