Rebecca is one of those individuals that truly understands the meaning of hospitality. Dependable and willing, she would take charge of her team and drive results while supporting her coworkers. Always very involved and well respected within the teams, she would be a resource for other managers or team members, showing professionalism and true leadership. For these attributes, she was recognized as Manager of the Year in 2019. Due to her great communication skills and proven success leading and training her team, Rebecca was selected as a Corporate Brand Trainer for the W properties in Chicago. She was also instrumental in driving guest experience scores and for bringing our department to #1 within the brand in Americas in April 2019. Rebecca's future is bright and I have no doubts she will continue growing in this industry.

Rebecca's leadership and passion for the Hospitality Industry is truly inspiring. I had the opportunity to join Rebecca's food and beverage operations team at the W Chicago City Center where she quickly made me feel right at home and welcome. Rebecca trained myself and two other managers all within a few months and was truly the glue that held the team together. Her ability to execute several events ranging from 10 to 600 people all while helping oversee the restaurant and in-room dining team was made effortless by her approachable demeanor and motivation to please both her team and clients of the day. Rebecca was also picked as one of two leaders from our property to train the entire hotel on the re-branding of the W. This was a huge honor and her excellence was made even more aware as she was awarded both Manager of the Quarter and Manager of the Year within 2019. I believe that Rebecca's leadership skills has had tremendous impact on both my own development as a leader and all of those she interacts with. She will truly be an asset to any company she works for in the future!
