At UBMS, I recruited and worked with students aged 15-19 from our two partner high schools in Philadelphia. By means of individual sessions with students, the co-creation of Individualized Learning Plans, and assistance with college prep and our Summer Academy, I helped to keep our kids on track to graduate from high school and enroll in college. Twice a week I spent my time within our two high schools, meeting with students, teachers, and counselors to assess student progress.
