Rebecca Visconti is one of those leaders, and I feel privileged to have worked for her at GM Financial. Rebecca’s keen skill for interpreting marketing data and translating it into usable and practical knowledge helped our Digital Marketing department grow and become stronger by evaluating our performance and helping shape new strategies. She is a natural leader who listens and respects the people around her yet is a decisive and confident manager. You never truly appreciate the extent of a good leader’s reach until you notice their absence.
