I am a member of the Senior Leadership and Inclusion Teams, of a two form entry Primary School in Sheffield.I have overall responsibility for all aspects of safeguarding and child protection including; * Induction to all new staff and volunteers. * On-going safeguarding training for all staff. * Management of CPOMS.* Swift & appropriate action to concerns regarding the welfare or safety of children in our care, * Provision & up-date of key policies and procedures including Safeguarding and Child Protection, First Aid & Medical, Online Safety.I manage attendance across the school and undertake regular monitoring and analysis of data (designing innovative ways to present this).to identify trends and plan interventions to ensure improvement. I provide support to children and families that are experiencing a variety if difficulties.
