Coordinates the development and implementation of service plans, objectives, and methods necessary for providing effective services to the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled population. On call shifts with the RHART program. RHART program included serving as a patient advocate in the hospital and making sure they understood the process and to calm them if they were anxious. Before being discharge the individuals would be educated of their rights and following steps after their attack. After individual was discharged calling the proper agency to report follow up information so that they could call the individual and help them with the process and attempt to help them become safe.
